A |     冀时新闻报道 近日，京津冀三地市场监管部门签署《京津冀深化商事制度领域合作框架协议》，标志着京津冀商事制度协同从"规则衔接"向"数智赋能""服务共建"深度一体化阶段迈进。    Abhishek Bachchan has opened up about how his daughter Aaradhya is growing up away from social media noise and how Aishwarya Rai Bachchan plays a major role in shaping her values. In a recent interview with PeepingMoon, Abhishek Bachchan spoke warmly about how Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has helped their daughter Aaradhya understand the world of fame in a healthy way. He said Aishwarya has always taught her the importance of respecting the film industry. According to him, "Aishwarya has instilled a great respect in Aaradhya towards the film industry and what we do. She has taught her that we are what we are because of what the films and audience have given this to us."          Abhishek said that Aaradhya, now 14, is growing into a confident teenager with her own personality. He shared that she has strong viewpoints but expresses them thoughtfully. "She has an opinion. She is a very sure teenager… she has a wonderful way of conveying everything," he said. Despite growing up in one of the most talked-about film families, Aaradhya stays away from online chatter. Abhishek revealed that she does not have a mobile phone and only uses the internet for school work. "She is 14 years old and she doesn't have a phone… that’s something we had decided a long time ago," he explained. Her friends contact her through Aishwarya’s phone, and she prefers spending time on studies and research over scrolling through apps.          When asked whether Aaradhya ever comes across rumours about her parents, Abhishek said she does not pay attention to such things and knows not to trust everything online. "She won't believe anything that she reads. Her mother has taught her not to believe everything that she reads," he said.     Abhishek also spoke about their family values, saying their home runs on honesty. "Like my parents were with me, we are completely honest with the family," he said, adding that this removes any space for doubt. B | 三地市场监管部门提出，共建"e注册"服务品牌，企业将在京津冀享受标准一致的办事体验。在全面执行市场监管总局统一文书规范基础上，进一步推动章程、合伙协议等示范文本在三地互认共用，逐步扩大"一套标准、三地通用"适用领域。同时，推动外商投资性公司认定、电商平台经营资质证明等更多结果数据三地互认。为深化京雄登记注册数字协同共建，三地将筹建"京雄企业链"。

C | 企业的核心证照数据依然安全地存储在"原属地登记机关"，但通过区块链技术，在雄安新区就能直接"看得见、认得了"。届时，北京企业迁移到雄安后，原先自主公示的经营项目可以"接着用"。北京总部登记信息发生变更，雄安的分支机构信息能同步联动更新。同时，在大兴国际机场临空经济区，将率先试点跨省"一照多址"。在"通武廊""房涿涞"等交界地区，提供"跨域联办""档案查询绿色通道"等服务。在畅通企业跨域登记方面，针对跨省迁移，三地将优化"电子档案信息互查"流程，构建责任明确、溯源精准的登记档案管理闭环，实现"减流程、缩时限"。强化三地登记窗口人员业务培训，统一业务咨询和帮办代办服务标准等，实现京津冀全域营业执照异地"办、发、领"全流程通办。
